Please review our policy below:
1. Customers may exchange or return an item within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase, only in the case of a manufacturing defect. They must inspect the item carefully before accepting it. Receiving the item is considered confirmation that it matches the order specifications.
2. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
3. For online purchases, customers may request an exchange or return within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt, only in the case of a manufacturing defect that has been reported to us in the first 48 hours of receiving the items. Items purchased online must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the invoice.
4. All return or exchange requests are subject to inspection, and the atelier reserves the right to refuse any request if the item does not match its original condition. Requests for alterations must be made within fourteen (15) days of the purchase date and are limited to length adjustments only.Any additional alterations depend on the item’s suitability and will incur extra charges determined by the atelier.
5. No exchanges or refunds are permitted after any alteration has been made.
6. For custom-made orders, a 50% down payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
7. Production time for custom pieces ranges between three (3) weeks and two (2) months, depending on the season and design complexity.
8. If a customer fails to collect the finished order within three (3) months of completion, the order will be considered void and non-refundable.
9. Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase, usable once only, and non-refundable after expiry.
10. Our material must be dry cleaned and steam pressed at professional cleaning facilities only. The atelier is not responsible for any damage caused by improper care or cleaning methods.
11. Refunds are processed within five (5) to seven (7) working days.
